Hey, I’m Felix—developer, designer, founder of AllTooDev, and occasional sleep-deprived pixel perfectionist. I've been building apps and digital products for over a decade, most recently as Lead Developer at Tonbridge School, where I rebuilt our entire digital stack and led a team doing it. I like my code clean, my designs intuitive, and my dev workflows tight.

When I’m not juggling side projects or obsessing over Blazor builds, I’m probably watching Formula One, wrangling a Flutter widget, or pouring another cup of coffee I definitely don’t need.

Basically, I make things. I ship things. And I believe good design should never be an afterthought.

I obsess over clean, intuitive interfaces that don’t just look good—they actually work. From building scalable design systems with Tailwind to sweating the details of mobile responsiveness, I make sure users feel like the product gets them, not like it’s gaslighting them with bad layout choices.

I’ve been leading dev teams for years—running appraisals, mentoring junior devs, and dragging projects across the finish line with grace and Git discipline. I bring structure without smothering creativity, and I still write production code because I refuse to be the manager who “used to code.”

Building Real Stuff

I don’t just wireframe and wander off—I build things that ship. Internal systems, mobile apps, MVPs, full-stack tools... if it solves a problem, I want to build it. I take ideas from whiteboard to App Store, and I iterate based on how real people actually use them (not how we hoped they would).
